Ogun state governor, Dapo Abiodun, has promised more quality rural roads for villagers along the Mosa Junction-Ijana Alapako Oni road in the Obafemi Owode local government area of the state.
Abiodun, who was represented by the permanent secretary in the ministry of rural development, Adetayo Adewale, said the commencement of the road under the direct supervision of the rural access and agricultural marketing project will lead to job creation and bring about development along the corridor.
The project coordinator, Muritala Adekunle therefore pleaded with the contractors to do a job that will stand the test of time, not one that will be washing off as the contractor is leaving the site.
