Operatives of The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have arrested the Accountant General of Bauchi state, Sirajo Jaja for alleged 70 Billion Naira fraud.
EFCC Spokesman, Dele Oyewale, confirmed the arrest in Abuja, noting that Aliyu Abubakar of Jasfad resources enterprise, an unlicensed Bureau De Change operator and a Point of Sale (POS) operator, Sunusi Sambo was also arrested.
Oyewale further stated that the commission is also investigating the state governor, Bala Mohammed regarding the matter.
