Federal Government has revealed that motorists will pay toll on the second Biger bridge once it is finally completed.
Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, who made this known during an interview with journalist, explained that the bridge will be tolled in order to ensure maintenance, adding that the bridge which was partially opened to motorist last will be completed by May 2023.
He however blamed the delay in the completion of the project to the sit-at-home order by the Indigenous People of Biafra.
