The Federal Government has postponed the launching of the Nigerian students loan scheme indefinitely.
Executive Secretary of The Nigerian Education Loan Fund, Akintunde Sawyer made this known during an interview with newsmen, explaining that the loan scheme was postponed due to some corrections that were being made around the launching.
Recall that President Bola Tinubu had in June 2023, signed a bill to start a student’s loan fund that will give interest-free loans to Nigerians for higher education.
