The House of Representatives is planning to consider creation of three new states in South-West.
The proposal, which is being sponsored by a lawmaker, Oluwole Oke told the house that the suggested legislation aims is to have states, such as Oke-Ogun, Ijebu, and Ife-Ijesa.
Recall that the South-West Region in Nigeria comprises of six states, namely Ogun, Oyo, Lagos, Ondo, Osun, and Ekiti.
