Governor lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo state has signed the 2024 supplementary budget of the state into law.
He stated that the move became imperative in order to meet new financial commitments of the state government.
According to the governor, the supplementary budget captures the payment of the new minimum wage of 73 thousand naira recently approved for workers by his administration, as well as the salaries of newly recruited workers within the various sectors of the state economy.
