The immediate past governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai has insisted that he did not embezzle government funds while in office.
The former governor disclosed this during an interview with newsmen, revealing that he joined politics solely to serve the people, not to seek money or steal public funds.
El-Rufai however expressed worry as his administration is been accused without any clear evidence of how the money went missing, while stressing that he is ready to swear with the holy Qur’an.
