The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says it will begin the distribution of the Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC) to Nigerians today.

INEC’s Commissioner and Chairman  for Information and Voter Education,  Festus Okoye announced this  over the weekend, stating that individuals can collect their PVCs between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Okoye further stated that the commission has approved the collection of the PVC in 8,809 registration areas and wards across the country for ease of reaching the electorate.
