Real Madrid captain, Kuka Modric has signed a new one-year deal to keep him at the Santiago Bernabeu for the upcoming season.

The European Champions announced this in  a statement issued to journalists, revealing that the 38-year-old midfielder, who had won six champions league titles, La Liga four times and lifted the Copa Del Rey twice with Real Madrid, extended his contract until June 30, 2025.

However, Modric became the oldest goal scorer in European championship history last month when he scored for Croatia against Italy at Euro 2024.
