The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has apprehended a couple for possessing 273 bags of Cannabis Sativa weighing 3.5 kilogrammes in Ogun state.
NDLEA spokesperson, Femi Babafemi confirmed this to newsmen during an interview with newsmen, explaining that the couple were among 20 suspects recently arrested during Ogun, Osun, Ondo and Edo raids.
Babafemi however stated that the couple were arrested after the operative raided a warehouse in the Ogere area of Ikene local government areas in the state, while stressing that they will be charged to court as soon as investigation is been concluded.
