The Ogun state government has restated its commitment to ensuring a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment for residents across the state.
Special Adviser to Governor Dapo Abiodun on waste management, Abayomi Hunye, who disclosed this during family fm’s in- house program, ‘political forum’, noted that the government is strengthening collaborations with local governments, private waste operators and community-based organizations in order to improve waste collection, disposal and recycling, maintaining that effective waste management remains a top priority of the Dapo Abiodun-led administration.
Family FM’s Segun Omotanbaje who monitored the program, reports that Hunye assured the people of the state that governor Abiodun’s administration will continue to introduce innovative policies and invest in modern waste management infrastructure so as to achieve a cleaner state.
