Akwa Ibom state police command has apprehended one Akpan Okon Akpan who allegedly burnt his friend to death following a disagreement over a phone charger.
Commissioner of Police, Olatoye Durosinmi, parading the suspect alongside other suspects in Uyo, explains that the suspect who is a roadside petrol seller, poured petrol on him during an argument, leading to his death.
