President Bola Tinubu has ordered the military to apprehend the killers of 16 Nigerian Army personnel who were on a peace mission to the Okuama community in the Ughelli south local government area of Delta state.
Tinubu, who expressed worry over the incident, lambasted the killers of the soldiers, while calling for their speedy prosecution in order to serve as a deterrent to other criminal elements.
Recall that the troops were ambushed by unknown gunmen, killing 16 personels while responding to a crisis between okuama and okoloba communities in the state.
