Vice President Kashim Shettima, has cancelled his trip to the united state of America and returned to Nigeria following a technical fault with his aircraft.
Recall that Shettima was scheduled to attend the 2024 US-Africa business summit in Dallas, Texas.
However, in a statement signed by the president’s aide on media and communications, Stanley Nkwocha, it was confirmed that the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Tuggar, will now represent President Bola Tinubu for the summit in Texas while the Vice President will carry on with other national duties.
