A 39-year-old woman, Afusat Ololade has been confirmed dead in the Ita Baale area of Ifo, Ogun state, after being injected.
State Police Spokesperson, Omolola Odutola, who disclosed this in a statement issued to newsmen, explained that the deceased woman, who was ill and receiving treatment at the home of a native doctor was later transferred to an auxiliary nurse, Oyin Israel, who administered an unknown injection, which led to her death.
Odutola however stated that the native doctor, the auxiliary nurse, and the motorcyclist who transported them to the location have been arrested, while stressing that an investigation has been launched in order to uncover the details of the incident.
