Bauchi state governor, Bala Mohammed has dismissed reports linking him to a proposed 2027 presidential ticket with former president Goodluck Jonathan.
The speculation follows claims that Jonathan emerged as the presidential candidate of a PDP faction led by Kabiru Turaki during a convention in Abuja.
However, reports suggesting Mohammed was being considered as Jonathan’s running mate gained traction on social media, but the governor has distanced himself from the claims.
