Federal government has declared tomorrow, Friday, 21st and Monday, 24th of April, 2023 as public holidays for Muslims in the country to celebrate this year’s Eid-Al-Fitr celebration.
Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, who made the announcement on behalf of the federal government, wished the Muslim faithful a happy celebration, while urging them to imbibe the virtues of kindness, love, tolerance, peace, self-denial and sacrifice of the fasting period.
Aregbesola however assured that President Muhammadu Buhari will continue to be committed to the provision of security for the life and property of every citizen and foreigner in the country.
