New permanent voter cards for electorates recently registered by the Independent National Electoral Commission is to be available for distribution as from November.
INEC Chairman, Professor Mahmoud Yakubu , who made this known at an event in Washington DC in the United States explains that a total of 2.7 million double registrations were discovered during the last exercise.
About 50 percent of the new cards, according to him, are ready but yet to be distributed to collection centers
