Kebbi State chapter of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has suspended three members of its leadership over allegations of misconduct, financial mismanagement and poor leadership.
At a press briefing in Birnin Kebbi, the State Publicity Secretary, Jamilu Muhammad, announced the suspension of the party chairman, Sufiyanu Bala, Deputy Chairman, Junaidu Mudi, and Secretary, Hawwa’u Muhammed, following extensive consultations with party stakeholders.
Muhammad, however, accused the trio of diverting party funds for personal use, taking unilateral decisions without the State Working Committee’s consent, and failing to uphold transparency, accountability, and party unity.
