Speaker of the Ogun state House of Assembly, Oludaisi Elemide, has challenged the State Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure, Ade Akinsanya, to speed up works on the roads recently damaged by rainfall in some parts of the state.

Elemide made this known while responding to the submission of the Assembly Minority leader, Lukman Adeleye, who reported that rainfall has damaged the road linking Ososa junction- Itanrin- Sabo Molode, stressing that it requires immediate government attention.

Family FM’s Segun Omotanbaje reported that the speaker commended the government’s efforts on infrastructural development across the state, appealing  to the state ministry of works and infrastructure to embark on more palliative measures in order to ease the plight of the road users in the affected areas in the state.
