Ogun State Police command has confirmed the death of one Sunday Abidoye, whose lifeless body was discovered in a hotel in the Sagamu area of the state.
The command’s spokesperson, Omolola Odutola, made this disclosure in a statement in Abeokuta, the state capital, stating that the hotel’s chief security officer, who preferred to be addressed as Oluwole, reported the incident regarding the discovery of the deceased customer to the police.
According to her, the deceased’s brother, Jimoh Godday, residing in Imota town in Lagos state, informed the police team that his brother had arrived in Nigeria from the US.
On Saturday but all effort to reach him on the phone proved abortive.
