Former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has appeared before the Federal High Court in Kaduna for the continuation of his corruption trial.
The case, filed by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) centres on allegations of abuse of office, fraud, and financial misconduct involving funds allegedly released for projects that were not executed or improperly managed.
However, El-Rufai, who denies all the charges, is expected to continue hearing legal arguments from both the prosecution and defence as the trial progresses.
