Governor Dapo Abiodun has approved constituency projects for the 236 Councilors in the State.
Abiodun made this known at the Governor’s office, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta when he received the councilors who came around to pass a vote of confidence on his administration, stating that the approval is in fulfilment of his promise to ensure the councilors execute projects in their various constituencies as the closest to the people at the grassroots.
Earlier in his remarks, State Chairman Forum of Councilors, Olarenwaju Adeleye, thanked the Governor for approving and paying in full their furniture allowances and also ensuring their continuous empowerment.
