Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has arrested a Kogi state House of Assembly candidate of NNPP , Ismaila Yusuf Atumey with 326 million Naira and 140,500 Dollar cash.
Spokesman of the anti-graft agency, Wilson Uwujaren, told newsmen that they also arrested a former bank employee, Abdumalik Salau Femi in connection with the fraud alongside one Joshua Dominic, who is an alleged serial fraudster in Abuja.
Femi , according to Uwujaren, supplies the inside information that facilitated the attack on a bank by the syndicate.
