The sacked 75 Coronet Obas installed by Former Governor, Ibikunle Amosun have appealed to Dapo Abiodun of Ogun state to reinstate them.
Barrister Olumide Oniyire, who spoke on behalf of the monarchs, urged Governor Abiodun to obey a court judgment that was delivered in 2021 and reinstate them as Coronet Obas to their palaces in order to avoid contempt of court.
Recall that Amosun had promoted some village heads known as Baales to the position of coronet Obas at the end of his administration but Abiodun sacked the Obas after his assumption to office
