Kebbi state governor, Nasir Idris has pledged to reintroduce teachers’ training colleges in the state in order to restore quality of teaching and learning back to the state.
Idris made this known at the venue of the training workshop for primary school teachers, announcing that his administration will establish two teachers colleges which will be for males and females.
He further reaffirmed his commitment to the education sector through infrastructural development of schools, training and retraining of teachers including improvement of their welfare, among others.
