The Niger State Police Command has arrested a man, Mubarak, suspected to be mentally unstable for stabbing a 25-year-old man, Shamseen Danshehu, to death.
The incident took place in the Kwangila area of Minna, the state capital when Mubarak was said to have engaged Danshehu in a fight during which he allegedly stabbed him in the chest.
The residents who said they did not know what caused the fight, however said they always see Mubarak in the street moving from place to place scavenging in residents’ refuse containers.
