The house of representatives committee probing the presidential foreign investment promotion council is yet to decide how and where to question its self-appointed director-general, Adeniyi Adeyemi.
Adeyemi has insisted that his lawyers and journalists must be present before he appears before the committee, chaired by Yusuf Gagdi.
Recall that the panel is investigating how the council secured an office at the federal secretariat in Abuja and received over 1.32 billion naira in the 2026 budget despite allegations that it has no legal backing.
