The Federal Government has disbursed 11.8 billion Naira to 6,842 staff across tertiary institutions under the Tertiary Institutions Staff Support Fund.
The beneficiaries cut across 141 institutions, including universities, polytechnics, and colleges of education nationwide.
However, the scheme, backed by The Federal Ministry of Education and Tertiary Education Trust Fund, offers zero-interest loans to boost staff welfare and career development.
