President Bola Tinubu has appointed the Board and Management team of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited, with Pius Akinyelure as Executive Board Chairman and Mele Kyari as Group Chief Executive Officer.
In a statement by the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu also appointed Permanent Secretaries for Federal Ministry of Finance and Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources.
The President however anticipates the fullest measure of compliance with the performance-driven and results-oriented mandate of his renewed hope administration in the implementation of energy policies in the country.
