President Bola Tinubu has mandated all government ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs) to procure only vehicles and generators powered by compressed natural gas.
In a statement signed by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale the new directive is in line with the present administration’s commitment to ensure energy security, drive utility and as well cut high fuel costs.
The President also expressed his committment to effectively harness the nation’s gas potential, alleviating the burden of high transportation costs on the masses while enhancing the standard of living of all Nigerians.
