The head of the civil service of the federation, Didi Walson-Jack, has appeared before a house of representatives committee investigating the presidential foreign investment promotion council.
The panel is probing how the council was created and included in the 2026 budget.
Lawmakers are also investigating the alleged 1.3-billion-naira allocation to the council, which they claim is an illegal government agency.
