Iran has disclosed that at least 610 civilians have been killed and more than 4,700 wounded in the Islamic Republic since the start of the war with Israel on the 13th of June, 2025.
Health Ministry Spokesman, Hussein Kerman pour, stated that those killed in the Israeli strikes include 13 children, as well as five doctors and rescue workers.
However, the ministry also said seven hospitals and nine ambulances have been damaged in the Israeli attacks.
