The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) says its latest airstrike in Borno State has killed nine Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) fighters, including a key commander.
The operation was carried out following intelligence on terrorist movements around the Sambisa Forest.
NAF says a remotely piloted aircraft tracked the fighters to a suspected hideout before the strike was conducted.
