With less than a week to his tenure, President Muhammadu Buhari has sacked the Managing Director of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Captain Rabiu Yadudu and immediately approved the appointment of Kabir Mohammed.
Minister of Aviation, Abubakar Sirika, who confirmed this, revealed that Yadudu’s initial four-year tenure will be expiring in a few week’s time but the government wanted to give Mohammed a chance to head the agency.
Recall that Mohammed was the Regional General Manager at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja before his appointment
