The Federal Government says it will soon commence disbursement of funds under its Presidential Palliative Program, targeted at alleviating the impact of the fuel subsidy removal.
According to a statement by the Minister for Industry, Trade and Investment, Doris Uzoka-Anite, the programs consist of the Presidential Conditional Grant and the Presidential Palliative Loan Program.
The Minister further explained that 75 billion naira will be disbursed to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises across various sectors while 75 billion naira will be specifically allocated to manufacturers.
