National Assembly says it is already considering President Muhammadu Buhari request to approve the 23.7 Trillion Naira on the ways and means of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
The President, during the budget signing, urged the National Assembly to reconsider its position on his proposal and the funds meant to pay emergency loans in the space of 10 years.
But Senate President, Ahmed Lawan, speaking with newsmen after signing of the budget explains that the National Assembly will however not approve the bill without thorough scrutiny
