Zamfara state executive council has approved the retirement of all non-posted permanent secretaries in the state civil service.
State Commissioner for Information and Culture, Mannir Kaura, who disclosed this to newsmen in Gusau, the state capital, said that those affected will be paid all their entitlements.
Kaura also revealed that money for publicity due for payment by any establishment will be paid to the consolidated revenue account of the state government.
