Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa State says tackling insecurity in Nigeria requires a combination of kinetic and non-kinetic strategies.
The governor made the remark during a visit by participants of the executive intelligence management course 19 of the national institute for security studies to government house, Yenagoa.
Represented by Deputy Governor Peter Akpe, Diri stressed that military action alone cannot solve the nation’s security challenges.
