Teachers in Ogun state have been encouraged to make good use of the knowledge gained from their recent five-day training in order to improve classroom teaching and boost students’ learning.

State Chairman of the Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Olalakan Ifede, gave the advice during the school-based training held at Kobiti area of Abeokuta, revealing that the training is aimed at improving the quality of education in public schools.

Ifede further revealed that the programe reflects the state government’s ongoing commitment to teacher welfare, professional development and quality education for all children.
